Creating a Yellow Card Report

There are two ways of accessing the Yellow Card reporting functionality in Consultation Manager:

Important - If you are recording a reaction for a non DM+D drug (anything not in the drug dictionary), you must manually complete the Yellow Card form from the MHRA website at https://yellowcard.mhra.gov.uk/.
